All our products are handmade and crafted to order.

Preorder Timeline

Our pieces are sold on a preorder basis. Production begins once your order is placed and takes approximately 15 business days before the item is ready to ship.

Processing Time

Each piece is individually handcrafted, requiring 15 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 9 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Delays

Due to the handmade nature of our products and external logistical factors, delivery times may occasionally be affected. GlowPup is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processes
• Shipping carriers
• Events beyond our control

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. By placing an order, you agree to these production and shipping timeframes.
