By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms:
Products
All products are handmade, and slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur compared to product images.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Preorder Timeline
Our products are sold on a preorder basis. Each order enters production once it is placed and requires approximately 15 business days to be made, followed by an estimated delivery time of 9 to 12 business days. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this preorder timeline.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately.
Liability
GlowPup is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by third parties
- Improper use of the product
- Subjective expectations of the customer
